The first consultation was in May 2020 amid Covid lockdowns and I was surprised at how effective a video consultation could be. Mr Ayub Khan was clear about the treatment necessary and I am extremely pleased with the result of his surgery.

From the first consultation was given information to what would be done and expectations of recovery.Again after surgery was told of expections and recovery targets. After a 3month period of wound healing a consultation was given and told all was well as expected but a further consult would be given in 6months to check that the tissue had grown out and filled the wound site. The treatment with dressings I received during this period was reassuring and was confident there was always someone at the end of the telephone for any concerns. After consultations it was always followed up with an emailas to what had been spoken of, asking if any concerns or queries to contact the consultant leaving no doubts in your mind.
